However, we do offer an exchange option. If the item is returned to our warehouse undamaged, you can select an alternative item from our website. We will dispatch the replacement upon payment of an additional shipping charge around 250/-. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

Please be aware that sale items and orders processed through Bsecure are non-refundable under our policy.
